Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CodeReps iOS application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using CodeReps, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
CodeReps is a free iOS application designed to help users prepare for algorithm and coding interviews. The App provides problem sets, spaced repetition flashcards, and an AI-powered tutor that uses large language models to assist with learning. All user data is stored locally on your device.
To use the AI tutor feature, you must provide your own OpenRouter API key. You are responsible for obtaining this key and for all usage and charges associated with it. You must comply with OpenRouter's Terms of Service when using the AI tutor feature.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.
The App connects to OpenRouter's API to provide AI tutoring functionality. This connection is made directly from your device using your own API key. All API usage is subject to OpenRouter's terms, conditions, and pricing. We are not responsible for any charges incurred through your use of the OpenRouter API, nor for any downtime, errors, or changes to the OpenRouter service.
The App, including its design, code, and user interface, is proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
Problem content and algorithm descriptions within the App are sourced from publicly available algorithm and data structure resources. Such content remains subject to its original licensing terms where applicable.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
The AI tutor provides responses generated by third-party language models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CodeReps or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how your information is handled. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Privacy Policy.
You may stop using the App at any time. You can delete all your data from the Settings screen within the App or by uninstalling the App from your device. There are no accounts to cancel or subscriptions to terminate.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
